You can do your text in a table with a solid background
similiar to this one since the color makes it difficult to read text. You
can place your entire content in a table like this and make the background
look like a border around it which would work well with this background.
Always think of ways to use a background other then placing text and images
directly on it. Sometimes visitors think it is really creative and wonder
how you did it not knowing that it was something so very simple.
